My divorce was filled in Feb of this year i was the petitioner since my ex wife liked to run around on me and she got pregnant by another man in another state. In the the divorce no party got primary custody of the kids i have them on sun, mon, and tues and i drop them off weds morn after preparing them for school my exwife has them the rest of the week this is in the state of montana, i keep very detailed records of the times i have had the children and i have had them much more than she when i originally filled for divorce i was out of work and got a pro bono attorny about three days later i got a job and the state said i could no longer have a pro bono attorny so i borrowed money scraped every bit of change i could find and paid an attorny, my exwife was working baught a new car and a house and some how i dont know how qualified for a pro bono attorny very puzzling my exwife has constantly harrassed me at work showed up at my house during my parenting time drunk harrassing me so much so that i contacted the victims advocate in the city where i live and filled a no contact order but still it continues she has even coerced my daughters into continueing the harrassment after the no contact order by having the children leaving messages on my voice mail which i still have saved to this day this harrassment has caused me to lose two jobs i pay her child support she has even abused my six year old daughter by beating her on her back left bruises i called child protective services they took pictures but nothing is getting done my six year old is constantly running away from her mother and she comes straight to my house i only live a couple of blocks away she has also stolen my exwifes car keys twice and had the car running and the only reason she could not get the car into gear is because she could not reach the brake pedal to disengage the safety mechanism thank god for that i have called the victims advocate and written letters to the judge contacted the police and now she is trying to get more child support and she refuses to work full time to support the children how can this keep happening i have also told my attorny of these goings on and i cant take much more of this im so wooried about my daughter i cant even sleep at night HELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP this is only part of the story she is crazy

It sounds like you need to file for a modification of custody ASAP. You'll also need to report the abuse and neglect to child protective services, so that you'll have more documentation to show the court.

I'm not sure if your state uses the incomes of both parents to determine CS, but if they do, you can ask that income be imputed to your ex if she's un(der)employed. Good luck.

i have done all these things as far as her imputed income the court did that 20 hours at her wage of 6.50 per hour and 20hours at minimum wage which is 5.15 an hour im so tired of getting screwed over thanks for your imput :mad:
