I recently left my company voluntarily due to stress. It is my understanding in NJ that you remove the unemployment disqualification if you are re-employed for a period of at least 4 weeks as long as your income is 6 times your weekly benefit rate for that period.

My company would like to hire me back. It is likely they will let me go after 4-6 weeks. Can someone familiar with NJ, please confirm that I should be able to collect unemployment in this scenario? Also, please confirm my understanding of 4 weeks minimum at 6 times the weekly benefit amount for the 4 week period.
