My employer has only been writting my gross and net pay on a copy of my hours sheet.

Today I showed him a copy of the Colorado statute stating that he has to give me a REAL paystub, including itemized deductions (which I need, since I suspect he isn't actually paying my withheld taxes to the IRS, but that's another story).

My question is, is there any way I can force him to give them to me?

I've already tried calling his accountant to see if she will give them to me, but she just told me that it's confidential information, which she cannot disclose.

And even after you showed him the law? Confidential? Sheesh. It's your information.
