I was terminated on Dec 22. I have been with company for 18 years. I earned 3 weeks vacation and after the 1st of the next year I could use it. But when I was terminated I was 8 days from recieving my accumulated vacation pay. Is there any laws that will allow me to get this vacation even if I was terminated 8 days before the new allocation.

No. Arizona leaves the payment of vacation upon separation up to each employer. If your employer's policy is not to pay out vacation that is not fully earned, it's legal.

I have been working for the company for almost 9 years & i have accumalated more than 200 hours... I gave my employer a 2 week notice on 02/06/06 and on 02/10/06 we received a new handbook saying that employee will only get payed 59% of the hours.. Does this aplly to me even if i gave my 2 weeks notice before new handbook was given? The hand book i signed before does not say anything about us only getting payed 59%... Also handbbok has a revised date of Sept 2005 and it was given to us last week... I had a friend of mine leave to company 3 weeks ago & he got payed 100% of his hours.... Are my hours retroactive ??
You are subject to the company policies that exist AT THE TIME. The fact that a previous handbook said something different is irrelevant.
Under the law, they don't HAVE to pay you anything at all.

i was recentliy fired from my job after being there 1 year and 1 month! they did not pay me for the vacation time of 2 weeks that i had earned when just two weeks prior to my termination we had meetings stating i was getting enrolled in profit sharing, medical, and that i had earned my two weeks vacation.
is it legal for them to not pay me since i earned this vacation time!?? and if it is who should i contact about it??
thanks in advance
Yes, it is legal for them NOT to pay it. AZ law does not require the payout of unused vacation time.
