I have an employer that allows personal days to be used at the employees discretion 11 months of the year. The last mo. dec. must be at his approveal. In the contract it states that all p.days give a two week notice. My problem is I gave a (9) month notice and now at the end of the (11) month he want to deni it. Are there any laws to protect me and other employees from this tatic. If so please tell me where to find them.

No, there is nothing in either PA or Federal law that requires an employer to permit the use of personal or vacation days no matter how much notice is given.
