I am 17 fixing to be 18. I worked at a convenient store. I am aware that in North Carolina your employer does not have to have a reason to fire you upon termination but if a reason is stated they must have proof. I was terminated from my job yesterday because a customer complained and said that I was saling pot. I dont sale pot, or smoke pot. I wouldnt do it and along with that cant afford it. In all they fired me for that reason without proof of it. Just he said she said high school drama. Could there be a law suit?

No, you have no basis for a law suit because no laws were violated. Whoever told you that the employer must have "proof" of the suspected action for which you were terminated was mistaken. The employer can fire you if they suspected you, whether they can prove it or not.
