Employees were noticed not to clock in more than 5 minutes prior to the start of their shift or to clock out more than 5 minutes after their shift ends.
If an employee has continually clocked in too early, must they be paid for the time he or she was on the clock? What if the individual also began working early? Does it matter if the notice was written or verbal?
