I have filed a clam with the EEOC for retaliation after filing complaints about discrimination to the head of my agency.

My question is, should I also be filing with the state and city Human rights offices also?

I should have added that an adverse employment action was taken and viewd as possible retaliation by the EEOC.They are investigating.
