I was involved in a car accident where a drunk driver hit my family and cause injury to myself.. I have been out of work Since June 05. In the settlement at the court, she rec'd NO jail time, just probabtion, she was ordered to pay us $750. ( I have not seen a penny) This was her third offense DUI, and 2nd offense driving without a driving license. Plus this time she hurt someone.

I was wondering if I have a civil court against her?

Sounds like you have a case, but do you have proof of the damages- repair estimates, medical bills, police report, etc.... You need to make sure you have enough to support a suit. Consult a local attorney for mroe advice if you think you want to file. Also, you may need to sue your insurance company if you have uninsured-underinsured motorist coverage that they refused to invoke to give you an adequate recovery.
