Ok my brothers in army and his girlfriend wrecked his car and was about 6 months preg so she says. there was no blood on seat or anything and she said that the baby was dead and there was only chunks of stuff coming out of her and im just wondering what the law is in kansas for when u must burry a dead fetus so we can kinda know about how far she real was and i didnt think it would just be chunks that should be a formed baby right? please help me out my brother needs answers and only way he can get them is if i write and tell him cuz he is at basic training plz someone help

This has nothing to do with employment law. The undertaker/mortuary should be able to answer your question. Sorry for your family's loss.

Good grief. :confused:

If she really was pregnant and lost the baby due to a car accident at six months, I can't imagine she wouldn't have had to go to a hospital for care and quite possible for a D&C. She quite likely would have been hemmoraging. If she can't produce any medical records or a hospital bill regarding post-accident obstetrical/surgical care, then my guess is that she was never pregnant.
