A good place to start is either by getting an attorney, or going to the courthouse and asking the clerk if they have the forms for filing for a divorce.

File at the county courthouse where you reside or hire an attorney to file it for you. Most attorneys offer free consultation and advertise in the yellow pages, newspapers, etc... so interview some til you find one you are comforatble with if you go that route.
