I have been dogged by workplace harassment since the begging of my employment by eight coworkers, they have systematically harangued me to the point that my productivity and behavior has been affected.
Some for instances are; posting derogatory notes on my locker, chiding comments pertaining to sexual orientation, absconding my work related equipment, tampering with the inside of my locker, and verbal threats to name a few.
I am now on disciplinary leave because it is believed that I caused harm to a coworker without remorse (and that is not the case) per the statements of two individuals who previously 1) threatened me with violent intent, and 2) have made statements insinuating that I should be fired on several separate occasions. I have been ordered to create a written statement pertaining to the event that led to the injury. This statement will be presented as my primary defense during a teleconference with out-of-state HR department heads. I am now posting here for advice as to what I might put in this statement, which is due by 11-14-05.
