I was a former technical support specialist that resigned from a company that did not pay overtime, rather offered compensatory time - an hour of overtime would be credited for an hour off in the future (leave early on a particular day.)
Is this legal?
If I don't use comp time before resigning, do I have a valid argument if the company refuses to compensate me monetarily instead?
