A contract paid one flat amount to complete it. I was released from the contract, before completion, without a reason. Do they owe me for the full amount? If not, how is an hourly rate determined if hourly was not setup in the beginning? The agency working for the main contractor does not have any reason for my termination from the contractor. Am I able to find out why I was released? My state is Ohio.

If you were paid a flat amount for completing a job, I am assuming you were an independent contractor, not an employee. As an IC, the contract controls. I would recommend having it reviewed by an attorney for his/her advice.

Technical projects are commonly outsourced by technical employment agencies, who find people from Monster.com, for instance. This one job is a 3 day job paying one amount for the job. I went to the first day of training, and then when I came home, had an email telling me not to return. No reason was given. No this one is not an independent contract. Who do I call, or what agency do I call, to find out how much I should get paid for this job, or if I have a right to know why I was terminated?

How much you are due, depends on what the contract says. You will have to show it to a local attorney for an opinion. As far as the law is concerned, you are only due wages for the one day you worked. Any right to additional compensation will be contained in the contract.
