I was wondering if anyone knew how long you needed to be out from work before you need a Doctor's note to go back and so on.....I thought it was more than a day or two im :confused:
i called out for two days and now cant go back till i get a Doctor's note,somthings wrong there.

This is company policy, not regulated by law. If the employer wants to require a doctor's note for you to return to work, then you need to provide it.
