Since the first of September there have been a number of changes in the department that I work in. I have been given a new title and lead to believe that it was a lateral move. As of the first of this week my wages were reduced by $3.00 an hour. At this point in time it appears as though they want me to quit. They have taken my office, computer, phone and access to a number of places within the facility. I have been humiliated atleast once a week with something that they have done to me that has been a very public display of power by the new management. I have started to suffer from headaches and nausea on a daily basis. In addition I now suffer from insomnia as a direct result of what is going on at work. I have been there for eight and a half years and have had the role of being a supervisor for more than half of those years. On many occasions our HR manager has stated that methods like this are illegal. I don't believe that I am being discriminated against I do however feel that this is harassment! Please help me-I just dont' know what to do at this point

Harrassment is not necessarily legal discrimination. Unless the actions are being taken because of a legally protected characteristic, such as age, gender, national origin, etc. there is no legal recourse, which is how I read your post.
