I work fulltime, he doesn't work, nothing wrong with him. He is remarried, she works, i right now have temp. full custody of the 4 girls. He pays 65.00 a month in support. He will not go by my schedule(work) when it comes to visitation. He say he doesn't have to, tha when he says he is coming i have to be there, and the kids ready, or i am denying him visitation. I am supposed to let him have them 1 day a week for a couple hrs and everyother weekend. The only day i can do it in Monday, I work late everyday but monday. His weekends he get are the same he has had for 3 yrs. His weekend came and went, he said i want them this next weekend i said no that mine and we have plans, then he said after monday passed, i want them tuesday, i said no u can't cause i work late, my 4 yr old comes to work, with me and my 7 yr old is at the sitters till i get off. This man does nothing, but hurt his kids...Remember he is not working, he has no responds. I have it all, so my question is, aren't i doing what i should be doing??????TY

Go back to court and seek a contempt citation against him for not following the visitation schedule and ask the court to set a visitation schedule since he is not trying to work with you at all, but instead is going off his feelings since he does not work full time as you do. But be careful also because he may try to get primary custody because he does nto work full time. I suggest getting an attorney.

I also suggest you modify the support order and ask the courts to impute an income on him even though he isnt working. They should be able to assign him a wage at what he could be making if he was working. The court will view him as voluntarily under employed. Good luck.
