Can a company put you on leave and not let you know anything, even when I have contacted them and they say we are still investagating and you dont hear anything for three weeks, than they call and say come to work now, and i can't report till Monday and work 12 hr and they put you on leave again for not coming in on thursday, also they said they would give me my back pay, so i quess I was not at fault. And I am sure they are trying to make me quit. What can I do, This plant is in oklahoma.

also they said they would give me my back pay, so i quess I was not at fault. Presumably. I doubt they'd be giving you backpay if they had concluded you were guilty of some sort of misconduct.

And I am sure they are trying to make me quit. What can I do As soon as they contact you to return to work from your current suspension, report to work on the date they dictate.
