I got my finger pulled off (degloved while dismembering the 1st digit and tendon came out from my elbow) . I had a small stump which i recently removed in a ray section. Needless to say i will have problems for the rest of my life. The finger guard had been removed by another shift w/o my knowlege. I do have workers comp but dont think the money involed is enough. Should i sue?
Do i have a case? this happened in ohio. Thanks for any help.

Chances are excellent that workers comp is your sole remedy.

Consult an experienced workers comp attorney, as you need to decide your best redress as it sounds like workers comp will be your remedy, but you may have to challenge the offer made via workers comp as inadequate and pursue the appeals process.
