If Jersey oerdered daycare and the child is 16 and never had daycare, I was denied visitation for 10 years and she was to remove my name form the home and finally did it after much effort by me for 10 years. It denied me apartments and credit. She has the home 200,000 value and owes 50k, she got the loan assumed finally, works full time and lied originally on her income. She also lied about her certificates and other accounts she has access to thousands. Income is less in Iowa than NJ and the amount is wrong,. I have 20 days to complain, but it says i have to file in NJ and i am NOT going back. What are my options for poor folk? ps, she said I could have thehouse and she would write off the past due cs. If I stayed with her YUCK! NO way we were never married and I have a new family!!!!!! :(

You can file and hire an attorney from afar to assist in filing in NJ, so maybe you should do that. If you are devious, tell her you will take her back and have her come out to Iowa and see you with your new family, then toss her out after you get everything and you sell the house and do not have to give her any money from it. (do not recommend 2nd option)

Would we get one here or there? I had one here and they got so fed up with having to deal with jersey and their ignorance and rudeness they just refunded 50% my downpayment and said just make montly payments.
By the time we come up with 5k for the lawyer, the 3k to get there and back it may not be worth it? any ideas?
