I work in ohio but my employer is an out of state company. This company requires me to work 3 hours a day 7 days a week. There are no regular days off. Someone told me that it was a law that they couldnt make me work for more than 13 days in row. Is this true and if not what is the law (if any) about working so many days in a row?

A few States require "one day of rest in seven" but Ohio is not among them. If you don't care for your work schedule, then your option is to look for new employment elsewhere.

Not in Ohio, there isn't.

Is this true

No.

Barring a bona fide contract that says otherwise or a state law to the contrary (and as we have established there is no such state law in Ohio) you can legally be required to work 365 days a year.
