I am currently 16 yrs old and living in New Jersey. After getting booted out of my dads house and moving back in with my mom I have decided i want to try living on my own for awhile. I can afford to do this and I have full support from my mother (my dad now has no custody). In New jersey I beleive you are not able to get emancipated. Are there any loopholes?

If you have support of your mother, that is good, but usually you need to be able to show that you have the maturity and ability to support yourself and complete your schooling, which it does not sound like you have. I suggest staying at home with Mom, or you both coming to an agreement about a mature relative or family friend that you can stay with if staying with her is not working out. I also suggest talking with a school counselor for guidance. But from what you say, it does not sound like you are a good candidate for emancipation at this point in time.
