I have an almost 3 year old child... the father has only seen her around 10 times and this just started after she was 2 years old... I have been having issues with the fathers new girlfriend harassing me online and now has taken my yahoo id and copied pictures and is making ids using my information.. I have already filed a police report on this.. I feel she is not stable I also have many emails with threats about having nothing but revenge out for me.. I am in Michigan.. my question is.. the father only calls at his convience and its not often.. he has not seen the child in over 2 months again he just called I told him *are you serious*.. i then said do you think that i am gonna let my child around your girlfriend after what she has done.. he of course said,, What did she do now... I said ask her.. anyways.. I have full custody and no visitation has been granted only reasonable for him,,, He is now going to take me to court for visitation... Do you think a judge will grant under all the evidence which I have of what the girlfriend is doing that my child will not be allowed around her?..... also I am going to ask for supervised visits due to the father not knowing the child .. when he has taken her.. it has been for the fun things he knows nothing about her and only calls when he wants to take her not to call to see if she is ok,, sick.. etc... let me know what you think... thank you so much

Yes. You seem to have the best interest of the child at heart and as for the father's girlfriend, you may need to file additional harassment charges against her with the police if this does not stop.

Yeah, go to the police station and file harrassment charges against the girlfriend. It's easy to do, and well worth it if you're concerned he may get some visitation and still be associated with her.

Thank You I filed the personal protection order today for harrassment stalking.. Now I just await the judges decision to grant it or not.. Yes my concern is my child just dont even know what she would do to her knowing already what she has done to me ,, its a scary thought but I guess thats why we have these laws... thank you so much
