arkansas employee, was told today that no direct deposit or i could no longer
work there.i found laws that say that you can not be forced to dd in arkansas
as long as you submit a letter that you prefer a check instead of direct deposit.
need advice, thinking of calling the state, i gave employer said letter, still told no direct deposit no job.my job is state funded.

go to your labor board and report them.
If you found the information posted in your states law then it's there for a reason. Many employers will push the DD because it's cheaper for them. Stand up for your rights!
