Ok here it is..im a cable guy and i work 4 10 hour days...and anything over ten hours a day is considered OT, my shift is from 7:30 am to 6 Pm .I am a driver so im on the road all day.. Can my company keep me out past the end of my shift without letting me know at the beginning of the day..thanks for any advice

There is no wage-and-hour law in any state that requires the employer give you any advance notice of required overtime. Sorry.
