MY RIGHTS IN OREGON

I have been complaining to my manager and H.R. for months about the work environment. Working weekends, Saturdays, to ensure client deliver deadlines are met. I have expressed the need for the company to correct these issues ..I broke down in tears while discussing with HR and my boss.
On MONDAY, 10/17/05 I had enough. I reached the breaking point. I had a severe headached again and this was just not right. The following morning I woke up with an even worse headache. I went to the doctor and he prescribed Xanax and 600 mg Ibuprofen for the pain. thay also referred me to a Mental Health Specialist to provide an outlet for the problems.And wanted me off work starting with a week , with possability for more to come..
My work would like me to sign a performance improvment plan that is extremley vague I asked for it to be more detailed thay declined ,If I sign I will be declined my medical. And possable get fired , If I do sign I will be On a PIP and get fired is ther any justice , For what they can do. I have been instucted to sign the PIP and then thay will give me my medical papers to fill out ,Which they say will be denied . This because I will be on a PIP and ion BAD standings for many things that had gone unresolved . have yet to sign a PIP as I would like more details so I can understandNeed help ASAP
What can I do about my rights of being employed ,I have been an outstanding employee for years , We have new managment at work and thay all over everyone .My HR department Stands behind managment 110% .. I am always threatend about my job. What can I do ?????? High blood presure has come from this,I have a docters release form to be off work , But HR is saying NO to short term disabilty, or a leave of absence from stress from the job ..Can thay do this???? NEED HELP ASAP!!!!
