I am from ma,and was woundering if any might know of the laws about blood test to be determined. There has been signs that my son may not be after all but i was told by sombody that even if i am not the court found me with out a test to be it was very missleading. Please let me know if this is the case

it is confusing but putting that all aside, if you want to know if your son is yours then you should do a DNA test that tells the truth.

usually the dna tests can be by blood or even a saliva swab, so depends on the method the court uses and what kinds of test the court approves use of to determine dna; usually the tests are not ordered except in connection with paternity or parentage actions where that is the issue in dispute
