FLA..I'm using a vendor that employ's drivers (not a temp service) to drive my trucks. My co directs their work 90% of the day. They drive my trucks, use my gas and I pay tolls. The vendor does not carry worker's comp on them and pays them hourly. What is my liability as far as the driver's thinking they work for my company rather than than vendor since I direct their work 90% of the day. When do they have rights where my company is concerned?

This sounds like it may be a "co-employment" situation to me, but I am not an expert on this. Do you have an attorney you deal with on your business liability issues? I would recommend discussing this with him/her.
