My husband was injured in Oct 2002. He has had 2 surgerys on his right shoulder. We are now negotiating that settlement. Our question is... He has a claim filed on his left shoulder, from the same year. Will Pa. workers comp. pay 60% of his paycheck, eventhough he isn't working? But was when he hurt his shoulders.
