ryegrass 10-16-2005, 12:06 AM My son recently got a job at a car wash in Tucson. They have been having him come in at 7:00 am and leaving at 6:00 pm. Whenever the business is slow they have him clockout so as not to pay him for that time. Is this legal? He is 18.
