I was force retired 3yrs ago at age 52 for injury on job and with my Veterans disability was told that I had to retire. Now I am 100% disabled thru the Veterans and on social security disability.
If I retired without a disability from my company I would still recieve my companys medical insurance which I did for 2.5 years but now I have been told That I have tohave medicare because I am disabled. If I was not disabled I would still get my company insurace at no cost to me but they said I have to pay for medicare which I believe is discrimination due to being disabled I have to pay if not disabled it would be free? Not fair :confused: What do you think disabled pays not disabled does not have to pay
