I feel that I am being harrassed and bullied at work. I work in Massachusetts. I recently told them I was pregnant and since then it has been a nightmare to work there. They have me filling out a slip each day stating what I will do, and passing it in each night with the work not completed circled. I have to make a calender of what I do each day of the week. They have taken all the work I currently was responsible for away from me and I have one stupid small project to do. I was told that I am to only work on that project and go to the bathroom. If I am caught doing anything else I will be terminated. I was also advised not to "get sick". When I am going to lunch, I am to tell my boss when I leave and when I get back. NO ONE ELSE in the company has to do this. I can't take it anymore. Does this touch on harrassment of bullying? What can I do about it? HELP!! Thank you.

Are you the only person being required to fill out a daily slip and keep a calendar? Did they give you a reason for why they are asking you to do that? Have they given you a reason why they want you to work on this project instead of your usual duties? Have they given you a reason why they want you to tell your boss when you leave for lunch and when you return?

We need to determine whether the requirements they've put on you are as a result of some business situation or job performance issues or whether they are due to your pregnancy.

Does this touch on harrassment of bullying? Bullying is not the issue. The issue is whether you are being treated less favorably because of your pregnancy.
