Is there a formula for calculating blended over-time? (i.e. works at two division of same company.)

Yes. If you are being paid two different base rates of pay and work any overtime, the OT pay rate must be calculated based on a weighted average for that week.

I'd include the formula as I understand it but payroll experts tell me I always get it wrong (although it's not complicated.) :)
