I have just left my job after dealing with a hostile manager for 8 months. He took numerous sales from my segment and got credit for them. In addition, all in the office had been complaining for months about the mold in the office since all of us were constantly sick. They did nothing. Finally last week, I pulled down the wallpaper on one side of my office. It was completely black with mold. The HR director immediately removed me from the office and had the wall torn down. The thing is , I know of at least 4 other truly sick moldy rooms ... any recourse on either the mold issue or the hostile work environment?

What you describe does not meet the legal definition of a hostile work environment. So no recourse there.

On the mold, maybe, if you want to give OSHA a call.
