My Chapter 7 was discharged in February of this year (2005). I had a few creditors that were not listed (by mistake) but were debts before the filing/discharge. They are contacting me and also updating my credit reports. How can I add them to my list of creditors? Unfortunately I have not been able to get in contact with my Bankruptcy Attorney and may have to do this myself. :confused:
Any guidance/comments woudl be greatly appreciated!
