I have a question in Scheduling for Connecticut. Is it ok for the company I work for schedule me 3p - 12 mid one day.. then the next day 8a - 2p and then on the same day 9p - 11p, then the next day 5a - 2pm ?? I guess what I am asking is.. can they split shift me without my concent and force me to work the next day with less then 8 hours between each shift? also if they can split shift me do i have to work no less then 4 hours each scheduled time?

It may not be a wise thing to do but it's legal.
