My Wife Is Having Trouble Getting Child Support From The Kids Father. He Wont Work And The Courts Just Keep Giving Him Continuances. He Is About 25,000 Behind On Four Kids. He Lives In Missouri And We Live In Florida. Basically The Courts Said Nothing We Could Do Until He Gets A Job. But When He Gets One He Works Till The Garnishment Comes In Then Quits, Or He Works For Cash Under The Table. Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

Is CSE involved in this or is she going through a private attorney. She needs to speak to one or the other about their status of filing criminal charges. It may be tough as she lives out of state. I dont' find that fair but it does happen. My state won't file criminal because I don't live in the same county (1.5 hours (if that) away). However, they can likely suspend driver's license, that doesn't do much, but at least it's something. She can file for any tax returns.. I know.. again, little since he doesn't want to work.
She should speak to the local DA and ask what, if any, the SOL in Missouri is on CS. He will continue to have arrears.
Sometimes if she really stays on them they will do a little more but sometimes they won't, I know, not very encouraging.

Not Encouraging At All , My Wife Calls The Court All The Time But With No Extra Help. She Doesnt Have An Attorney But Im Going To Start Looking For One. The Courts Did Put Him In Jail Once For 10 Days But That Was 6 Months Ago, Like I Said All They Do Is Continue It For Another Month, Which He Just Goes In And Tells Them A Bunch Of Bs And They Beleive It. As Far As Income Tax, He Doesnt And Has Not Ever Filed. The Caseworker Even Tells My Wife That Not Everyone Can Do As They Are Supposed To Like Me.[ We Have The Same Case Worker].

Yeah, a private attorney might at least give you a little insight on how things are done in Missouri or give some ideas or how to enforce it. If the state is who is handling this now they may or may not give up control, but again the attorney will advise to that. It's sad to say but even with all the hype about 'deadbeat parents' really little can be done when one is determined to not pay.
Does the father exercise any visitation or maintain any contact?

The Father Doesnt Call Or Try To Contact The Kids At All Which They Really Dont Mind Or So They Say. My Wife Did Consult With The Courts About Getting An Attorney But They Said If She Got One They Would Step Out But She Couldnt Ever Get Him Back In The Court System If He Still Didnt Pay.

Sounds like you are out of luck- courts cannot attach what they cannot get.
