I work for a car dealership as a Internet salesman. The first month i worked i sold 15 cars and got paid all my money. The second month i sold 25 cars and suddenly they took out $2,800 dollars of my commission. When i approached them on this they said it was to pay for the Internet managers salary. I was never told of this and now they take out 20%. When i was hired i recieved a pay plan and this 20% was never on it. Can i legally recoup the money they stole from me?
