Iwork at a horse track we are live 9 months out of a year.we simulcast the rest.I am a full time employ i work no less than 50 hours weekly and paid lets say 8.00 per hour,the company says they dont have to pay overtime because its seasonal or agricultural is this right?
Possibly. The law does exempt certain seasonal, recreational establishments from paying overtime. However, the test for that exemption is one that neither you nor I have the resources or the information to assess.
