I was recently hired by a company in GA,that did contracting for a military base. I did excalty what my new employer asked me to with my old employer in which I could only give them a 2 day notice. I came to work the day he told me to be there we went out to the base and there was a lot of conflict going on with other employees being moved around and some demotions. In the mean time I am just setting there in the office waiting to start my traing after over an hour of not getting any training the boss comes in and sends me home, and tells me to come back the next afternoon. I go back and he tells me that theres is a lot going on and that the other employees does not want me there and that I didn't have any experience for that position, the person I was replacing had no prior experiece. Now the company says they have no place for me so now I am out of a job. what rights to I have with this company?
