I was injured last year at work and my workmans comp contact told me that I cannot collect mileage to and from the surgeons office which is 80 miles round trip. I have been there 7 times already. This was a Dr reccommended by workmans comp. Is this true? Also they said my workmans comp check must be mailed to my employer and not my house. They said the law has changed since last year when I was off for 7 weeks. Everyone where I go to therapy says their check goes to their house. I have had two surgeries so far. I did not get better after the first one and the second Dr said the first diagnosis was incorrect. I live in Illinois. Thanks, Mike
