I recently started a job here in Menominee,MI it was only for set up work to open a new store and i was told that even know I have a felony as long as i told them about it on my app. that it would not be a problem for me to be hired on full time. But now that it is getting close to be hired on full time now Im hearing that they wont hire me cause of my charges.My charge was for csc and the only reason I was charged was cause I could not afford a lawyer. Now just cause of that chatge and even know I told them right up front about it do they have a right to not hire me cause of that?? Myself I think that it is wrong cause everyone needs to make a living esspecially when you have childsupport and a 3 year old daughter to raise.
