I am a contract worker and work 12hr shifts and avg 42hrs/week. One week we work 60+ hrs and get 8hrs of OT. They moved our 60+ hours to fall b/w 2 different pay periods but we still work the same schedule at 60+hrs within the week. We also do not get any breaks while on shifts besides bathroom breaks(no lunch breaks). Is any of this legal? Please advise.
