Hi, I've been a member of this site since 2004, when I filed a discrimination/retaliation charge with the EEOC. Since then, the EEOC has issued a "reasonable cause" for the retaliation part of the charge, the EEOC found that my employer retaliated against me by demoting me, and that my employer reasons were not believable and were a pretext for its retaliatory motive. Now, the EEOC will start the conciliation phase of the administrative process, and my question is: What relief is available to me?, or what should I ask in the conciliation meeting? the demotion ocurred almost 2 years ago, and I have not received a pay increase during those two years due to the demotion, because the position I was demoted to did not allow any more money growth. Besides the "back pay" what else is available under the EEOC laws? Thanks.
