I have currently worked in a company were we have had to wait basicly three years on getting a raise, last year some of us received a .50 cent raise. But recently on of the higer management son, (contact labor, maintenance - works with dad - which is the higer managements ex.....) got a dollar increase. Does this matter??

Are you asking whether it was illegal for them to give one individual a higher raise, presumably because he's an executive's son? If so, the answer is no.
