My former employer failed to disposed of grease, oil and used sandblasting material properly. They also had solvents that were left in open containers. Everytime it rained the uncovered drums would leak and run out of the fenced area out into the street and down the storm drains. Electrical exposed, machines that worked improperly and employee accidents that were from using equipment that was not for specific job and later after I left I heard they threatened not to give raises to plant employees because they had so many work comp claims from accidents.
I would like to find a way to report these incidences without them knowing who is reporting because I am afraid they would sue me.

They can't sue you for filing good faith complaints with a government agency.
You can contact OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Health Administration), the EPA (the Environmental Protection Agency) to report the safety and contaminates violations, as well as any appropriate State agencies, i.e. your State's department of natural resources or whatever it may be called.

This employer is very vengeful. They are suing me now for conflict of interest. The case was toss by the judge last week but they still are trying to do it again so far it has been a $5000.00 lession on how they are as people.
Eight years ago when an employee left he reported to OSHA of the violations he saw and they went after him with conflict of interest when he went to work for a similar type of manufacturer, it was tossed out but since then before Gray Davis left office he signed a bill that give the employer the ability to do nucience lawsuits with no reprecussion. It was to protect companies in Silicone Valley and Doctor Groups but it was too broad and they have an attorney who keeps it going to get money from them and in hopes that they find a judge who will be sympathic to them and if they win then they come after me to pay for their attorney. They feel they are going to find a judge who will agree with them so they are running up attorney fees in hopes I lose and they don't have to pay.
Thanks for answering back.
