In the state of Ohio can the step-fathers income be used in child support. My wifes EX say's he is going to take her back to court to have them figuare in my income so that he can get his payments decreased. Can he do that?

My understanding was that step parents are not responsible for the child financially so I dont think they can use your income.

not in texas My income (step-mom) is not taken into consideration when it comes to Child Support....

Dont see that happening because the parents' income are used to determine support so I think this is an idle threat. I suggest talking with a local attorney in a consultation if you feel you need to.
