My wifes EX say's he is going to take her back to court to have them figuare in my income so that he can get his payments decreased. No they can't. elklaw 10-05-2005, 12:52 PM Dont see that happening because the parents' income are used to determine support so I think this is an idle threat. I suggest talking with a local attorney in a consultation if you feel you need to. |
