Does anyone know how I would go about getting my permanent partial disability settlement?? :confused:

Do you have a attorney? If so he should handle everything. If not then this is one of the reasons you need one.
You have to file the propper peper work with Workers Comp. and then you will be sent to their Doctors and be told there is nothing wrong with you. Then you can appeal for another round.

The workers comp commision should have sent you paper work, or a booklet regarding the laws in your state. There should be a number you can call to get in touch with an arbitrator that will work with you and your emoployer regarding your compensation. Good luck!
