If I have been pushed out of my position at work as a result of being harassed, intimidated etc. by my supervisor, and my other co-workers are hispanic and in their 20's and then they replaced a person in my position that is hispanic and in her 20's, would this be considered discrimination? Also could age discrimination be a factor if my supervisor says she likes them because they are young and she calls them her babies?

It means don't post the same question more than once or in more than one forum.
The same people respond to all the employment law questions; you will not get more or better answers by posting the same question more than once.

I am new and did not realize I posted it twice. I guess I am still trying to figure out how to post. I know I posted sexual discrimination and religious discrimination but this is age discrimination. I am a little confused how to post. Am I just able to post one kind of discrimination? Please clarify. Thanks
It would have been preferable for you to post ONE question covering all the various types of discrimination you think you are being subjected to. It can be very confusing trying to answer a question when the information is scattered around several threads.
