here is the deal... We all work at a pharmacy and the pharmacist and manager transferred his daughter from another store to our store, where we all work under him..... There have been many instances of preferntial treatment (or discrimination, fine line here). Including her back going out on her just from bending over while she was at work, and even though she had previous back problems (she had missed work before for her back hurting), her dad filed worker's compensation for her and said it was a work injury.. Now she is at home getting paid for it. In short, her schedule changes constantly to the hours she wants. There is no problem calling in sick for her, etc.. the list could go on and on... EVERYONE in the entire pharmacy agrees that her working under her dad is just unfair. This is in Ohio. In fact, I thought krogers had a policy about working together like that anyways...
What can we do? No one has to guts to call corporate headquarters and complain...
